Mike Walker
Tectrix Incorporated President and CEO, Mike Walker co-founded the company in 2015 with the goal of providing high-quality engineering services to federal clients. Mr. Walker has over 30 years of experience leading engineering efforts and project management to include 23.5 years as a USG civilian and over 8 years as a contractor. He boasts master’s degrees in electrical engineering and strategic intelligence. Mr. Walker has vast experience in the development, design, prototyping, production, testing and fielding of RF systems. He currently specializes in systems engineering tasks including requirements generation, tracking, and validation while striving to improve both tactical and strategic processes ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Steven Wimbrow
Executive Vice President of Research and Development and Tectrix Inc. co-founder, Steven Wimbrow has a master’s degree in engineering and over thirty years of experience as an RF/Microwave and digital signal processing engineer supporting the intelligence community. He has extensive design expertise with respect to the quantization of noise in RADAR and radio communication systems and his hardware design experience in receiver front-end systems, RF Filters, low noise microwave sources, and software defined radios have led to the research and development of specialized instrumentation to acquire specific side-band noise signatures of various microwave sources and amplifiers.
